We had a very pleasant experience buying a pre-owned car at Abwin. We were served by Stanley Wong. He was very patient while we test-drove a few cars and kept him back past closing hours. It was a rainy day when we visited Abwin and Stanley was very forthcoming about what was not apparent about the used car on a rainy day. In other words, he provided sound advice on how to select a car that met our needs instead of trying only to make a sale at closing time. When we went back to pick up some documents a few days after vehicle collection, Stanley got his onsite technician to change out the faulty reverse sensor for us at no cost. At that instant, we felt that Abwin and their staff have excellent after-sales service and it is in the business for the long run. All in all, Stanley gave us good vibes and we highly recommend him and Abwin to anyone who is looking for a pre-owned vehicle!

I recently bought a new Toyota Harrier and had a very happy and satisfying buying experience from Poo CZ! He provided excellent service and was very responsible and hardworking. I was updated on all statuses throughout the purchasing process (i.e. from bidding of COE to VITAS inspection).

I placed an order for the car in April 2016 under the 6-Bid guaranteed COE scheme and successfully got my COE during the third bid.

I was expecting delivery of the car in the third week of July 2016, but I had a last minute request to change colour. Poo CZ did his very best to source for the colour I wanted and my request was fulfilled! Bravo!

As I sold my car earlier, Poo CZ even offered his service to pick me up from my home to ABWIN’s showroom to collect my new car. This resulted in him having to detour from his usual route and pay more ERP charges.

During my new car collection, he explained in detail about the car and seemed to know the car well. Although there were one or two questions which we could not answer, I have to clarify that I am a very detailed person.

This is my seventh car purchase, but it has been one of the best experiences. Poo CZ is strongly recommended due to his superb service. No regrets! Best! Even better than many authorised distributor salespersons.

I bought a Mercedes VITO 108cdi two weeks ago. He made a promise that the vehicle will be delivered with all the parts I deemed undesirable rectified.
